Kathleen Lee is a Certified Bookkeeper, QuickBooks Specialist & Notary for Keep A Count.

After working her way up in the corporate world from accounting clerk to Assistant Controller, Kathleen decided to leave it all behind and start her own business.

In 1993 Keep A Count was brought to life. Having the experience of starting her own business and the soul responsibility from bookkeeping to sales and marketing etc., she is fully aware of the hours of work an entrepreneur must put in to get a business up and running smoothly, as well as many of the different hiccups that can occur along the way.

Trust is a huge factor that is of the utmost importance to Kathleen. “It is imperative that you work with a bookkeeper you are comfortable with and you can trust”. Kathleen accomplishes this through full disclosure and ensuring every client has full access to their records.

Jim Lee is a Mobile Notary and Signing Agent for Keep A Count.

After serving in the army he became an over the road truck driver. Upon retiring Jim did not want to just sit around and knew he enjoyed meeting different people so he decided to become a mobile notary in 2008. Meeting and serving different members of the community professionally and personally every day.

Enjoying the various challenges of being a notary, Jim chose to expand his knowledge and became a certified Signing Agent in 2016. This enabling him to notarize more in-depth documents such as Home mortgages, refis, will, trusts, deeds, contracts etc. and expand his contact with the professional world of realtors, lawyers’ bankers and contractors. He also does equipment verification for finance companies worldwide.

Seniors and Veterans love working with Jim, he has excellent communication skills, patience and is very personable. By the time he finishes notarizing your documents you will be sad to see him leave.
